TMCAZ

TMCAZ is a brand based out of Shanghai which was established in 2010. The brands concept revolves around two themes. The first is the phrase “矛盾的思想” which loosely translates as a state of exploratory creative dreaming. The 2nd inspiration draws on the slang ‘muz,’ from the Shanghainese dialect. It's a word used to mean ‘great person.’ The designer is known to express this as “The Mad Childish Adult muZ,” and hence this phrase forms the initials of the brand.
