Shopify: Shopify are one of the worlds leading cloud based eCommerce platforms and they operate our online store, payments and point of sale. They are fully safeguarded and have a number of data protection tools in place. Shopify will not share or pass on data. They have servers both in the EU and USA.
Shopify Pay: Shopify Pay are our payment processor. By shopping with T.T.O.O Ltd (Trading as “This Thing Of Ours”) you agree to allow us to pass on your card details (via the web shop or PDQ) to Shopify Pay. T.T.O.O Ltd (Trading as “This Thing Of Ours”) does not view or store these card details, they are held and processed at all times by Shopify Pay.
Paypal: If you choose to pay via PayPal on our website, we will store the email address and reference code for that PayPal transaction. Our PayPal account will also store your delivery address and pass it back to our Shopify account so we can send out your order.
Shipping Partners: We may from time to time use tools from our shipping partners to integrate with our website to generate shipping labels, handle returns etc. Any order that will be shipped by us will have the delivery details shared with these or similar applications systems for the purpose of managing orders effectively.
G-Mail: Our internal and external email is handled securely by Google’s G-Mail. Customer emails are stored for future reference.
