GoopiMade x Oqliq Collaboration
Two Taiwanese Titans have combined in the latest collaboration for one of our favourite brands GoopiMade. Followers of This Thing Of Ours will have seen some incredible GoopiMade products in store and online over the last year. Forward thinking, technical, versatile and functional GoopiMade has impressed us time after time with their product releases.
The team at GoopiMade have just released a collaboration with fellow Taiwanese brand Oqliq. Oqliq is a brand that we've been friends with for a while so we we're very happy when we heard about the collaboration between our two favourite Taiwanese brands.
The limited edition collaboration collection features Mountaineer Parka's, 2 Way Sacoche Bags, Cargo Trousers, Hoodies and a modern take on a traditional Samue Jacket all in Taiwanese produced functional fabrics. The collaboration see's a real contribution from each brand which is becoming a rarity in the days of "whack two logo's on and call it a collab".
GoopiMade and oqLiq both bring their own style to the design and colours of each garment. GoopiMade's slightly more technical feel sits perfectly alongside Oqliqs use of colour and nods to Taiwanese culture and history.
The end result is simply some of the best pieces we have seen from GoopiMade so far and a great introduction to Oqliq. A brand we will certainly see more of at This Thing Of Ours.
The GoopiMade x Oqliq collection goes live at 9am Saturday 23rd January. As its a collaboration numbers are seriously limited for the UK.
